- Chemical properties:

+ Resistant to all inorganic acids.
+ Not affected by weak alkaline solutions but less stable with strong solutions, especially at high temperatures.
+ Unaffected by organic solvents but soluble in some phenolic compounds.
+ Not affected by bleaching, microbiological insects, dry cleaning.

2. BENEFITS AND APPLICATIONS OF PP YARN

PP yarn products are made from 100% yarn with high durability and strength. Moreover, the product is also highly appreciated for its eco-friendly characteristics, making packaging easier. So it can be used for many different industries such as:

- Used as sewing thread for PP sacks, paper bags or jumbo bags,...

- With fertilizer industry, animal feed, cement, flour, sugar, grain, chemical, agriculture,...

- Suitable for brands of industrial sewing machines and hand-held sewing machines.

- Also used to make wigs, window brushes, plastic plants, seat belts, nets.

3. PRODUCTION METHODS

To be able to create PP yarn, it requires researchers to invest a lot in order to have a simple but highly effective production method.

In fact, to be able to produce PP yarn is not an easy thing and any unit can do it. Because the production needs to have many unique characteristics by durability, dyeing, lubricating process, suitable for many thread sizes from rudimentary to smooth.

To produce PP yarn, the first thing to do is to pull yarn from Polyester yarn by rudimentary yarn tubes. Next, it will wrap around the Filament Polyester YARNs to help form Corespun yarn. This process also requires the incorporation of short YARNs. After spinning, this PP yarn will be wet treated, dyed to create a complete PP yarn.

Then they will be sewn together to form perfect industrial sewing threads. But note that all these stages require going through with the help of machines because it is quite complicated.

Step 5: Single coil.
Step 6: Make duplicates.
Step 7: Twist the rope.
Step 8: Form a double coil.
Step 9: Set heat or add in silicone oil.
Step 10: Form a slow coil.
Step 11: Finish, check and pack the finished product.
